Booking Confirmation All tour bookings must be confirmed in advance. Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once all necessary details are received, including date, time, number of participants, and pickup location. Tour Duration & Timing All tours are conducted based on the specified duration and start times. Delays caused by the customer may reduce the tour duration without compensation. Pickup & Drop-off Guests must be ready at the designated pickup time; late arrival may affect the tour schedule. Included Services Tours include private air-conditioned transportation, a licensed professional tour guide, entry fees to listed sites, and bottled water unless stated otherwise. Any additional services requested during the tour may incur extra charges. Responsibility & Conduct Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. Respectful conduct is expected at all religious and historical sites. The company reserves the right to remove any guest behaving inappropriately or endangering others without a refund. Travel Insurance Guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance. The company is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage during the tour. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, site closures, or local events), the itinerary may be modified. The company will make every effort to provide an alternative of equal value. Health & Safety Guests with health conditions must inform the company in advance.
